came to my apartment being rude talking about violating our lease for not allowing him to break into our apartment without a tag … rude unprofessional and ugly attitude
Very rude and horrible employees. Will damage car when loading to tow.
They overcharge you on drop fees, the state has a cap on drop fees. Now I have to file a complaint on their license and go to court. If you can pay with a credit card do so. You can file a charge back for an incorrect charge. They are also supposed to give a receipt and didn't. All of this is online but knowing the law isnt required for drivers apparently.
