Don is so knowledgeable and thoughtful and thorough. He addressed some immediate concerns, slotted me into a busy schedule right away, and now we have a plan for my car. He loves my car as much as I do! And he is about as friendly and nice as he could be. I loved talking to him and am thrilled to have an expert working on my car!
