Don’t bring your car here. I am not someone who is quick tempered or write negative reviews often. I’ve been bringing my car here since 2022. When Sam and Ferris sold it; I decided to stay because the service manager Jason was so nice. I have not had one issue sufficiently solved here. I took my car here for 6 months with the same issue over and over. Always the quick fix without looking in depth to find the underlying cause. I can’t tell you the amount of times I picked my car up with the same issue over and over.
I take all my (3) vehicles there, and have been for years... for everything. The previous manager, Farris, and the new one, Jason, have always been extremely open, honest, and authentic in my experience. Basically, IF they can't do it, they know a guy 😂.
Gave me a realistic timeline on getting everything fixed, walked me through every issue and told me how urgent any of the repairs would be as well as what to look for incase an issue worsened. Definitely will be going back next time i need anything done
