About ArtMillwork Design

ArtMillwork Design is a Brooklyn radiator shop that builds covers, not repairs. The first thing to check is fit. The company says every piece is made to order from the measurements you give it.

Check what ArtMillwork Design makes

The company names PTAC and HVAC enclosures, baseboard heater covers and radiator covers among its work. It describes building them from moisture-resistant MDF and solid wood. Finishes come in white, ready-to-paint or fully custom designs.

It names Queens, Manhattan and Long Island among the places it works. Brooklyn sits inside New York, a city of 8,584,629 people in 2025, per the Census Bureau. NOAA normals for 1991-2020 put the city at 4,624 heating degree days and 1,212 cooling degree days.

Check your measurements before ArtMillwork Design builds

The company's terms state that a custom order cannot be changed or canceled once production starts. They also say the shop is not responsible for fit problems caused by wrong customer measurements. Its website offers a measuring guide and a size calculator with instant pricing, so measure twice before you order.

The shop is open Monday to Saturday, with shorter Saturday hours, and closed Sunday.

Once ordered, artmillworkdesign contacted me a day or 2 later to confirm some measurements, then it arrived better than expected and easy to install. Simple - Neat - Done

Very difficult to get in touch with anyone. They do not respond in a timely manner. Not customer friendly once you do finally reach someone. I made several efforts to contact the company to see if I can change a mistake i made. I didnt get a response until 4 days later. At this time I was told that the order was being processed to be shipped. I would have like to still order the correct ones, but I have not been able to speak with anyone because they only use AI Chat. Now I seem to be stuck with radiator covers I can not use. What happen to good customer service and wanted continued business.

Lovely design and good quality items. We’ve ordered about 6 different types from this shop. Overall I highly recommend using additional brackets and screws to secure things in place. I had the top shelf break and fall on my big toe. It was very heavy (I had ordered a 52’). So my recommendation to the seller is to include at least 3 brackets in addition to the screws, to secure the shelf.
