They are unprofessional. They are a get money quick 24hr tire shop. They rude. The people you to talk to on the phone is not in the shop. So they run they business from over the phone and the guy at the shop has no clue of what they talking about. It gives ratchet or don’t believe the 5star reviews because they are paid for
I CALLED BECAUSE THIS WAS THE NEAREST TIRE SHOP FOR ME TO COME TO BECAUSE OF A FLAT TIRE AND GOT TO THE LOCATION THEY CHANGED LOCATIONS AND THE GIRL ANSWERING THE PHONE TOLD ME THE NEW LOCATION IS WAY ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF TOWN LIKE IT'S NO BIG DEAL
